You can enroll on the phone by calling 610-588-1793. Over the phone registration requires full payment with a credit card.

Register at least one month prior to the event, if possible. Please print clearly and use the same name on all subsequent correspondence. If we do not receive two weeks notice of cancellation, your deposit cannot be refunded.

Should we need to cancel an event, you will receive a full refund.

If you decide to cancel for any reason, your registration deposit/fee will be refunded minus a $50.00 processing fee for each cancellation if you notify Kirkridge by phone or mail at least 14 days in advance of the event. Registration deposits or 50% of the total fee are non-refundable if you cancel within 14 days of the program.

There is no credit or refund provision for late arrival or early departure from an event.

Events that do not reach a minimum registration may be cancelled. Please check with Kirkridge before making any non-refundable travel plans.

Yes, we have wireless internet in the meeting spaces (and some rooms) in the Farmhouse, Nelson Lodge, and Turning Point. The Hermitage can have internet for the weekend at an additional 25.00USD.

It varies depending on each building, but we have TVs, projector screens, and wireless internet in each meeting room. Please email Janetl@kirkridge.org for specific questions.

We welcome all communities and identities here at Kirkridge.

Kirkridge is nestled in the amazing Kittatinny Ridge. With all the beauty of nature comes bugs and wildlife, too. Please have bugspray (including tick repellent), and know that we do have deer and small creatures (with a rare bear sighting). Enjoy seeing them graze in the morning, but please don’t feed or approach the wildlife.

Our housekeeping staff works hard on delivering excellent service. This includes providing each bed with a flat sheet, fitted sheet, towel, and washcloth. We also have extra blankets for those cold nights (2 blankets on each twin bed and some rooms have an extra blanket in the dresser).

We live simply at Kirkridge and invite you to do the same. We provide a bar of soap per person, but please bring your own shampoo or conditioner.

We love hosting you, but you’ll need to make arrangements ahead of time if you’d like to arrive early.  Please make those arrangements when you register or at least two weeks prior to the event  by contacting kirkridge@kirkridge.org

While we love animals, pets or wildlife, we unfortunately do not have a pet-friendly campus. Please keep your pet at home while you are here so you can be truly present and with us. Please email us at kirkridge@kirkridge.org about service animals.
