About the Series: Sharing, Caring, and Daring: What greater gift to give than to share, care, and dare together? At Kirkridge, that is one of our hopes in 2021 and beyond. We want our ever-expanding community to share their stories, hear the wisdom in the room, and learn from other’s daring adventures.
These conversational discussions will include a facilitated Q&A and open forum for conversation with the guest speaker(s) and among those attending with a little bit of charming storytelling! Through this series, we’ll engage with new ideas, promote emerging leader’s work, and encourage each other to think boldly!
About Terri Jump and her experience: Terri is deeply committed to the stewardship and conservation of our beloved planet. Terri joined an all-female, three-week Antarctic expedition with 99 other women, all of whom were selected by the Homeward Bound program. The program selects only women in science, technology, engineering, mathematics or medicine, or STEMM fields — industries in which women have historically been underrepresented.
Come learn about Antarctica…the White Continent…its whales, penguins, seals, fish, birds, icebergs, sea and research stations. See Terri’s amazing videos and photos as she shares her journey as part of the largest scientific leadership expedition ever to go to Antarctica-111 women scientists from 33 countries!
Pricing: Kirkridge is committed to providing heartfelt and generous programming that is available to all. And we need your help to continue doing so. The cost of providing this program is approximately $15 per person. Please support this program if you are able. We will be grateful if you could contribute an additional amount to help cover the costs of others and as always, all are welcome regardless of ability to pay.
