“Get out the Map:” A Retirement Celebration for Jean Richardson with the Kirkridge Community
It has been a gift and honor to have worked at Kirkridge for the last 17 years. Now, it is time to for me to let go and “get out the map”! This weekend is a time for celebration of all the places we have been for the last 17 years together. There will time to reconnect with old friends and in Kirkridge fashion, meet new friends. You can come to all or part of the weekend. The full weekend, in traditional Kirkridge style will begin Friday night and continue through Sunday morning. It will include time for conversation, walking trails, lingering over a cup of coffee and simply being together. Together we will serve up rich poetry, amazing music, and breath in thought provoking art. A highlight of the weekend will be an optional trip to the Sigel Museum and walk through an exhibit entitled “Another American’s Autobiography” with the curator. Weather permitting all events will take place in the Barn.
