Spring teaches me to look more carefully for the green stems of possibility, for the
intuitive hunch that may turn into a larger insight, for the glance or touch that may thaw a
frozen relationship, for the stranger’s act of kindness that makes the world seem
hospitable again.
As we reflect on this quote from Parker Palmer’s Spring essay we will be
invited to deepen our own inner work by searching for our green stems of possibility as we
become more aware of our shadow where those green stems may lie in the dark. Participants
will be invited into heart work for
it is only with the heart that one sees clearly
as A. Saint-
Exupéry says in
The Little Prince.
