Britt (she/her) is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher with over a decade experience helping folks connect to their bodies through movement and breath. She has extensive training in vinyasa yoga, restorative yoga, yoga for cancer, meditation, and reiki. Before moving to the mountains of PA, Britt owned her own yoga studio and wellness space in New Orleans, LA. She currently serves as the Director of Finance at Kirkridge.
